Equipment Responsibility

  • All equipment remains the sole property of Bay AV Rentals during the rental period.
  • The customer is responsible for equipment from pickup/delivery until return.
  • Equipment must be handled with care and used appropriately.

Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the time of pickup or delivery.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.
  • Extensions must be requested and approved in advance.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before or at the time of pickup or delivery.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required for certain equipment.

Identification

  • A valid government-issued ID may be required for all rentals.

Damage and Loss Policy

We inspect all gear before and after each rental so any issues can be addressed quickly and fairly.

Damaged Equipment

  • Customers are responsible for any damage during the rental period.
